Role: Night Services Manager
Pay: £13.50
Location: Head Office Weymouth
Role Overview:
Our Head Office Control Room in Weymouth is operational 24/7/365, providing a range of security and administrative services to our Mobile and Static Security Officers, as well as our corporate and private clients across the South of England. Our Control Room is equipped with leading scheduling and duty-monitoring systems that work in conjunction with GPS-located patrol vehicles. Key duties will include customer liaison, call handling, control room monitoring, operational reporting, data entry, alarm monitoring and mobile patrol dispatching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call handling
- Control room monitoring.
- Provide administrative support to our mobile and static security teams.
- Alarm monitoring.
- Liaising with clients, alarm companies and police forces.
- Work efficiently in a busy environment and handle crisis situations effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in Control Rooms or busy environments.
- Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology.
- Strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
- IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Proven trustworthiness, flexibility, and reliability.
- Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
- Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Vehicle and or SIA licence preferred but not essential

- PAYE-based positions.
- 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
- 4 On 4 Off shift rotation.
