We are a well-established security company operating across the South of England, committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and safety. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Control Room Operators to cover night shifts in both our Weymouth and Holton Heath, Poole Control Rooms.

Role Overview:

Our Control Rooms in Weymouth and Poole are operational 24/7/365, providing a host of security and administration services to our Mobile and Static Security Officers as well as our corporate and private clients across the South of England. Each Control Room is equipped with the leading scheduling and duty monitoring systems, working in conjunction with GPS-located patrol vehicles. Key duties will include customer liaison, control room monitoring, operational reporting, data entry, alarm monitoring and mobile patrol dispatching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control room monitoring.
• Provide support to our mobile and static security teams.
• Alarm monitoring.
• Liaising with clients, alarm companies and police forces.
• Manage and prioritise incoming security requests.
• Work efficiently in a busy environment and handle crisis situations effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid SIA licence
• Full driving licence
• Previous experience in security (advantageous), including:
  • • Control Room Operations
    • Mobile Patrols
    • Static Guarding
• Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology.
• Strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
• IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Proven trustworthiness, flexibility, and reliability.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
• Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.

Benefits & Remuneration:

• PAYE-based positions.
• 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
• 4 On 4 Off shift rotation.
• £11.50, rising to £12.50 per hour after the probationary period.
