About Real World Services:
Real World Services is actively seeking dedicated, experienced SIA operatives in a Site Security Night Supervisor role for immediate start to bolster our on-site Security team at Kingston Maurward College, Dorchester. We are a well-established security company operating across Dorset that is committed to maintaining the highest security and safety standards.
Role Overview:
As a Site Security Night Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be protecting Kingston Maurward’s facilities, grounds, personnel and students. You will also perform control room duties, mobile patrols and CCTV monitoring of all Real World Services night divisions. You will work directly with our Operations Manager, Simon Mitchell. This is a senior role and requires at least three years of security work and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Static guarding onsite at Kingston Maurward College.
- Control room duties, including CCTV monitoring of all Real World Services night divisions.
- Site patrols.
- Alarm monitoring and response.
- Welfare checks.
- Overnight client liaison.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid SIA licence
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience in security (advantageous), including:

- Control Room Operations
- Mobile Patrols
- Static Guarding

- Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology.
- Strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
- IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Approachable with excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
- Proven trustworthiness, flexibility, and reliability.
- Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
- Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.

- PAYE-based positions.
- 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00).

- £13.00 per hour.
