Office Administrator - Weymouth - 20 hours per week - £12,480 PA

About Real World Services:

We are a well-established security company operating across the South of England, committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and safety. We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator for our busy office in Weymouth.

Role Overview:

As an Office Administrator in our Weymouth office, you will work Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, with occasional cover for holidays and sickness. Supporting our management and security team, ensuring smooth office operations. You will report and work directly with our Office Manager Carin McDonough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and the security team.
  • Handle telephone calls with a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Perform accurate typing and data entry tasks.
  • Manage and prioritise your workload in a busy environment, working well under pressure.
  • Work effectively both as part of a team and independently, managing your own time and workload.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Knowledge of Sage or bookkeeping is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Proven trustworthiness, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.

Benefits & Remuneration:

  • £12 per hour.
  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 14:00.
