Real World Services is actively seeking dedicated SIA operatives to bolster our mobile patrol team. We are a well-established security company operating in and around Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset, committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and safety.

Role Overview:

As a Mobile Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be conducting mobile security patrols in the Bournemouth and Poole area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and protection of our clients’ assets and work directly with our Operations Manager, Simon Mitchell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile security patrols using fully liveried company vehicles.
• Adhere to shift patterns scheduled monthly.
• Work 13-hour night shifts starting from our Bournemouth office.
• Monitor and report any security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Utilise basic mobile handheld technology effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Enjoy 28 days of annual holiday.
• All positions are PAYE-based.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A valid SIA license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in security is advantageous but not required.
• Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology is preferred.
• A strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
