A case from some years ago where one of our insurer clients was faced with a substantial claim from a man who was injured when he fell and injured his back and right arm. He alleged, amongst other things, that he could no longer work, walk uphill, lift heavy weights or swing a golf club.

He was put under surveillance by one of our teams, he was, in fact, working as a builder.
